All staff members are extremely competent, knowledgeable and helpful from the Estimate day till the end of your treatment. They will explain everything everything you go there. They will be accommodating with schedule wherever it’s possible. Diverse languages speaking staff makes it even more helpful for the ones still struggle with the English (Portuguese included). And of course the dental treatment results are better than expected, for both family members that had their treatment here.

I was recommend to make an appointment with NuSmile to get an Invisalign treatment. Aside from the welcoming and knowledgeable team, the process felt easy and super accommodating to your particular treatment. Dr Jeannotte puts every detailed effort to make sure your smile is as good as new. (I'm not even done my treatment but excited to see the final outcome!)

Amazing service! Not only not only is he a great orthodontist, but when I couldn't make it to the office because all the sidewalks were covered in snow and I had my 4 month old daughter in her stroller. Dr. Jeannotte came outside and carried my stroller across the street through the snow and up the stairs! The whole team is amazing and I couldn't recommend Nu-Smile more.

From the very first appointment, I was pleasantly surprised and knew I was in great hands! The plan for my daughter was thoroughly reviewed, along with a visual of the start, middle and end results. Financial aspect was also thoroughly reviewed. It was ensured that all my questions were answered and that I was happy with the plan. Dr. Jeannotte also joined the end of the consultation to ensure that there were no remaining questions.
The staff is professional, knowledge and provide great customer service.
Also very accommodating ! We have requested numerous times to change an appointment last minute and the staff was not only accommodating, but they even stayed later on in the day to ensure that we were looked after.
